It seems like Donald has a new closest buddy he can rely on, even though reports indicate the prospective First Lady won’t be residing in the White House full-time.
According to reports, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk has essentially wormed his way into the Trump family after working closely with him during the presidential campaign.

In order to stay near her son, Barron Trump, who recently enrolled at New York University, Melania is anticipated to primarily reside at Trump Tower in New York, according to sources who spoke to CNN. According to the news outlet, she will also spend time at Mar-a-Laga in Palm Beach, Florida.
“She has carte blanche – she can be as active in the East Wing or as inactive as she cares to be,” Kate Bennett, author of Free, Melania, told CNN.

Bennett added: “The missed opportunity of this period between her tenure in the White House has been the lack of a continuing platform or policy agenda that most first ladies build on.”
Discussions over Melania’s presence in the Trump Administration are “ongoing,” according to earlier reports from CNN. In the meantime, it’s fairly obvious that the former model, who was born in Slovenia, has no interest in supporting any important political issues. Melania stated to Fox in October that a second term in the White House would be unique.

The world can clearly tell that Elon and the future president have a tight relationship because he even showed up in a Trump family photo taken at Mar-a-Lago. But it doesn’t seem like everyone is thrilled about the Tesla founder’s frequent visits to Mar-a-Lago.
A source told NBC that Musk has begun to wear on people close to Trump’s inner circle, particularly those who believe he is overstepping his role in the transition to the White House.

In another statement, Trump-Vance spokesperson Anna Kelly said: “Elon Musk is a genius, an innovator, and has literally made history by building creative, modern, and efficient systems. Elon Musk has dedicated himself to America’s future by offering to serve with President Trump to ensure our government works more efficiently and uses America’s taxpayer dollars effectively.”
Not much is known about Melania and Elon’s relationship. But speaking to PageSix, a source claimed they are getting along well.
“Melania likes Elon,” the source said, adding that she has “been around more.”
