The internet made this child famous because of his unusually thick hair.

A young girl who had always desired a sister so she could play with her hair finally got her wish when her “Rapunzel” sibling was born with lovely flowing locks.

Mother-of-two The day of her birth, April 30, 2017, Gabriela Caneva, Denica Caneva’s daughter, was born with a full head of thick, black hair that stood on end.

According to the 34-year-old, the toddler’s distinctive bouffant hairstyle grew with her, and Gabi, who is one, now has a lustrous shoulder-length mane.

Denica and her 43-year-old husband Zvezdelin Zaharinov were shocked to find that their older daughter Ivona’s wish to play with a sister’s hair had been realized in such a wonderful way.

Frequently compared to Rapunzel on her Instagram page @gabi_zaharinova, which has thousands of followers from around the globe, Gabi is a local superstar in her native Sofia, Bulgaria.

When I first saw Gabi at birth, along with the long, thick hair she had been blessed with, I was impressed, Denica said.

Ivona has begun to dream about her frequently.

“Mummy, when will I have a sister so that I can play with her hair?” Every day she would question me.

Gabi had the appearance of having just emerged from a storybook, therefore her dream had come true.

She stood out from the other babies; the nurses said they had never seen a newborn with such long hair.

The family received a photo session as a gift for the newborn from Ivona’s six-year-old godmother, and as a result, the family and Gabi gained notoriety for their incredible hair.

After being shared on Facebook, the pictures quickly went viral, inspiring a flood of positive comments and comparisons to other fairytale characters.

The analogy Denica thought best suited Gabi was Rapunzel.

“Before the public reacted, I had no idea she was so different.

When we go on walks outside, people turn to look at her and smile.

In addition to having stunning hair, Gabi is well-recognized for her engaging smile and love of the limelight.

Although Denica mentioned she liked spicy food while she was pregnant, she doesn’t think this is why Gabi has such long hair.

Ivona had no idea where her mop originated from; when she was born, all she had was fluffy “baby hair,” like most babies have.

Denica said that only the best hair products are used to style her toddler’s hair and that the child enjoys having her hair washed, combed, and dried.

She noted that when it comes to hair products, we are extremely picky.

We only use proven-safe, high-quality cosmetics, and I buy shampoo from the pharmacy far more frequently than most other mothers of young children.

“We make foam bubbles and put them all over our little Rapunzel’s hair,” a family member remarked. “She really loves it when we wash her hair.”
